Local business leads · United States
Find local businesses by who owns them.
Search Google Maps business listings by city and category, then filter by ownership (women-, Black-, veteran-owned and five more) and by whether the business's Google profile is verified.
Plans from $20 a month.
How it works
From a city to a shortlist in three steps.
- Step 01
Pick a place and a category
Choose a US city and state, then one of 40 business categories: restaurants, plumbers, salons, dentists and more.
- Step 02
Set your filters
Narrow results by ownership type and by Google Business Profile status: verified, not verified or both.
- Step 03
Save the ones worth keeping
Save a search to open every business in it, with phone, website, rating, reviews and ownership tags.
Filters
Filters other lead lists don't have.
Most lead databases sort by industry and company size. Outpost Leads filters local businesses by two things they show on Google: how the owner identifies the business, and whether anyone has verified its Google Business Profile.
- Eight ownership filters, from women-owned to disabled-owned
- Verified or not-verified Google profile filter
- Star rating and review count on every result

Ownership filters
Eight ownership filters, straight from the business.
Ownership tags come from the "From the business" attributes that owners add to their own Google Business Profile, such as "Identifies as women-owned." Outpost Leads never guesses or infers ownership.
If a business hasn't added an attribute, it won't show up under that filter. That keeps the results honest, and it means coverage depends on owners choosing to share it.

Google profile status
Spot the businesses whose Google profile needs an owner.
A Google Business Profile that isn't verified often has missing hours, old photos or the wrong phone number, because nobody is looking after it. For an agency, that's a specific, useful reason to get in touch.
- Filter to profiles that aren't verified
- See rating and review count next to every result
- Open a saved result for phone, website and ownership tags

Questions
Where does the business data come from?
Business listings come from Google Maps, through a third-party data provider that maintains a database of Google Maps places. Each result shows the details the business has on its public listing. See [how our data works](/how-our-data-works) for the full picture.
How do you know who owns a business?
From the business itself. Owners can add attributes such as "Identifies as veteran-owned" to their Google Business Profile, and Outpost Leads filters on those attributes. Nothing is inferred from names, photos or anything else.
What does "verified" mean?
A verified Google Business Profile is one whose owner has confirmed to Google that they manage it. A profile that isn't verified may have no active owner, which is often why its details are incomplete or out of date.
Which areas can I search?
Any city in the United States. You search by city and state, with 40 business categories to choose from, from accountants to veterinarians.
How much does it cost?
Standard is $20 a month for 20 searches and up to 10 saved searches. Business Pro is $50 a month for 500 searches and up to 50 saved searches. Both include every filter. See [pricing](/pricing).
